Formal Curriculum Pathway
This pathway provides a broad and balanced formal curriculum designed for students whose main barrier to learning includes mild to moderate Cognition & Learning difficulties.
Learning follows a more formal approach, structured within a traditional secondary school model.
Students access the full range of National Curriculum subjects for their Key Stage and are often grouped according to academic progress levels.
These students benefit from a full range of subject specialist teachers and will visit a wide variety of subject specific rooms and facilities.
