Awards & accreditations
At Broadfield Specialist school we provided different Awards and Accreditations to all the pupils in Year 10 and Year 11.
Students may be offered nationally recognised qualifications at an appropriate level to include Functional Skills Entry levels, as well as Level 1 & 2 and GCSE, in Maths, English, Science, Computing/ICT. We also deliver BTEC Introductory Level 1 courses in Digital Media and Performing Arts.
RE, Geography, History, Music, Performing Arts, DT, Art, PE and Food Tech concentrate on units in WJEC Pathways Entry 2/3. The students can work towards an Award, Certificate or Diploma.
Some pupils have the opportunity to take part in modules leading to accreditation in WJEC Personal Progress Entry Level 1. They can work towards an Award, Certificate or Diploma.
