Red Rose Recovery
On Tuesday 6th February, a selection of our students took part in a session from Red Rose Recovery. Scott and Ryan joined us from the charity and talked about their life experiences.

“Red Rose Recovery was established as a charity in 2012 and has become nationally recognised as a pioneering organisation in developing recovery systems and creating opportunities for people affected by substance misuse, mental health and offending behaviours.”Both, Scott and Ryan, have spent time in prison and they discussed their experiences openly. The main focus of the session was to discuss how drugs and/or alcohol can affect your life. There was also a very positive message about making the right decisions and choosing the right path. Be PRO SOCIAL was the message!! All of the students thoroughly enjoyed the session and asked some great questions. It was such an inspirational presentation.
