High Adventure Residential - Broadfield Specialist School

Monday 23rd June 2025

Students and staff were picked up at 10.30am by staff from High Adventure. We arrived at lunch time & ate our packed lunch ready for an afternoon of activities: Bouldering, Archery & Team building. Everybody had a great day. We had a nice chill at night, headed to the tuck shop and some of us played pool while others had some down time

Tuesday 24th June 2025

We woke up after a good nights sleep and had our breakfast ready for a wet and windy walk up Earl Cragg. This may have been out of our comfort zone but we all did amazing! After our walk we headed back to the centre for some lunch before we went canoeing. We all got a bit wet but that didn’t matter as we was all happy as you can see by the photos.

Wednesday 25th June 2025

Our Last Day! We all had a good nights sleep again, had our breakfast and headed out for our last activities of the residential. We did Egbert which involved trying to keep the egg going down tubes, working together as a team. After this we went on the high ropes and the zip wire before we then headed back to school after we had packed up our belongings.
